Terms of Service

Beyondex is operated by Beyondextend Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202001040651 (1396972-A)), T3-23A-03, Pusat Perdagangan Icon City, No. 1B, Jalan SS8/39, SS8, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia ("we", "us"). By using Beyondex or subscribing to Beyondex Pro you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Beyondex shows market prices, exchange status, news headlines and automated alerts gathered from third-party sources. Free features are available to everyone. Beyondex Pro adds the full alert feed and email alerts.
2. Information only, not advice
All content is for general information. It is not investment, trading, financial or legal advice. Prices may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and futures quotes may differ from physical market prices. Check important figures with the original source before acting on them.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Beyondex Pro costs RM 6.99 per month, or US$1.99 per month for customers paying in US dollars, unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause Pro access until payment succeeds.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing date.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from "My Pro" → "Manage billing". Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are not refundable, except where required by law or where we choose to refund at our discretion. Contact info@beyondextend.com.my for billing questions.
5. Acceptable use
Don't resell, republish or systematically copy Beyondex data or alerts, share your Pro sign-in, or try to disrupt the service.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep Beyondex running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, Beyondex. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
