Privacy Policy

Beyondextend Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202001040651 (1396972-A)) operates Beyondex. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email, the sectors you pick, the time and your IP address.
- Pro members: your email, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, subscription status, renewal date and email-alert setting.
- Payments: card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cookies: one sign-in cookie for Pro members (kept for 30 days), and a browser setting that remembers your preferred currency and chart.
How we use it
To provide the service, process subscriptions, send sign-in links, Pro alerts and the newsletter you asked for, and handle support. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider, only as needed to run Beyondex, and authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Member records for as long as your account is active and up to 7 years after for tax and accounting. Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or stop receiving emails, by writing to info@beyondextend.com.my. Pro members can pause alert emails from "My Pro".
